We make every effort possible to make your rental experience fun, easy and problem-free. With every rental, we provide detailed training and instructions along with the latest top-of-the-line safety equipment. Common Rental Questions

Where do I pick up/drop off the rental vehicle(s)? All rental vehicles will be picked up and dropped off at our headquarters in Corona, Ca.

What is the pickup and return time for rentals? Rentals may be picked up as early as 4:00PM on the day prior to the rental. Rentals must be dropped off by 11:00AM on the day following the rental. If any rental is returned after 11:00AM, an additional day will be charged for each vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Do I need a driver's license or special permit? We do require a valid driver's license and the renter must be over the age of 18. Most local bodies of water and recreation areas do not require special permits but be sure to check local laws at your destination ahead of time.

Can you deliver the rental vehicle(s) to my destination? No. At this point in time we do not offer a delivery/pick-up service.

Is there a deposit required to rent? Yes. Amount of deposit varies by vehicle, please check under vehicle descriptions. Deposits can be paid by cash or credit card, checks will not be accepted.
